By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We try to describe and show every product accurately. Colours, sizes and covers may vary slightly from the photos, and publishers sometimes change editions or covers.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card details. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Offers and discount codes

Discount codes apply as described with the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. WELCOME10 gives 10% off and can be used once per customer.

Content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Brain Chapters or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product names, covers and brands belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
