Brain Chapters (operated by Angalamman Sentilkumar Sruthi Bargavi) hand-picks every product we sell, often in limited copies. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds for orders placed on brainchapters.com.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 86670 98927 or email info@brainchapters.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
What we accept for return
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered. We are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
How to report a problem
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 86670 98927) or by email (info@brainchapters.com).
- Share your order number and an unboxing video recorded in one continuous take, starting from the sealed parcel.
- Keep the item unused, in its original packaging.
Claims reported after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, may not be accepted.
What happens next
We review your video and confirm the next steps, including how to send the item back. After we receive and check the item, we send a replacement if another copy is available. If not, we give you a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We start the refund within 2 business days of approving it, and it usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
