Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within India.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 and above: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹1,499: ₹99 delivery charge.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during sales, holidays or for remote pin codes.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can also check your order on our Track Order page (brainchapters.com/pages/track-order).

Payment

All orders are prepaid online. Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.

Same-day delivery in Chennai

For same-day delivery within Chennai, message us on WhatsApp at +91 86670 98927 before you order. We will confirm whether it is possible and any extra charge.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund policy.
