All traffic is encrypted with TLS; files are encrypted at rest.
Firewalls, automated malware scans and traffic filters protect against bots and intrusions.
Admin access needs strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
We run periodic security reviews and penetration tests to spot and fix new risks.
Despite these measures, no system can be 100 % secure.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed to achieve the purposes above or to meet legal obligations—and no longer. If you ask us to erase your data (Section 9), we do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
